1. Payment and Registration

1.1 Enrollment: Enrolling online secures a booking for one term of training at Tricking Academy. Payment is due at the start of each term and is required irrespective of attendance. Parents/caregivers must sign a waiver indicating their consent to have their children participate in the program.

1.2 Program Details: Classes are conducted once a week, lasting one hour and 45 minutes. Online booking is mandatory.

1.3 Late Payments: Students may only participate in classes once payment is confirmed. No refunds will be issued. Monthly payment is recommended due to limited class spots (15).

1.4 Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents must drop off their child 10 minutes before the class starts and pick them up promptly

2. Refunds

2.1 Missed Sessions: Tricking Academy does not offer refunds for missed sessions or early withdrawal.

3. Health & Safety

3.1 Medical Information: Parents must inform Tricking Academy of any medical conditions affecting their child’ s well-being during their time at the academy.

3.2 Supervision: Tricking Academy is not liable for children outside of scheduled program times or for their transportation to and from the venue.

3.3 Training Safety: It is crucial to arrive on time for class as warm-up is essential for safety. Students must refrain from using equipment until instructed by the coach. Proper attire is required, and jewelry should be limited to medical tags/bracelets. Hair should be tied back, and valuable items should not be brought to the gym. Students may not leave class without permission, including bathroom breaks. All activities must be supervised by coaches. Respectful behavior and adherence to safety rules are expected, with no tolerance for fighting. Any illness or injury must be reported to the coach immediately. Only academy coaches can spot tricking skills/activities.

3.4 Injury and Illness: Students should inform coaches of any illness or medication affecting their ability to participate safely. Any injury or discomfort during class should be reported promptly.

3.5 Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency requiring immediate attention, Tricking Academy will make every effort to contact parents or emergency contacts. In the absence of contact, staff are authorized to seek necessary medical treatment such as 911.

4. Privacy and Copyright

4.1 Advertising: Tricking Academy may use video or photographic material for promotional purposes with consent from parents/caregivers regarding their child’ s image.

4.2 Copyright: Unauthorized duplication or use of Tricking Academy ’ s intellectual property is prohibited without written permission from the Director

5. General

5.1 Consent: By enrolling, parents/caregivers consent to their child participating in Tricking Academy activities.

5.2 Property: Tricking Academy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during program participation.

These terms are subject to change. 

6. Complaints Process

6.1 Queries and Concerns: Address queries or concerns to the relevant coach initially. If uncomfortable, contact Tricking Academy at (247) 991-2402 or academytricking@gmail.com within 5 days of the event. Serious complaints should be submitted in writing to academytricking@gmail.com.

7. Training Safety

7.1 Safety Guidelines: Students must adhere to safety guidelines, including punctuality, appropriate attire, and behavior. Only coaches may supervise activities and spotting.

8. Sport Injury & Illness

8.1 Health Concerns: Notify coaches of illness, medication, or injuries immediately for appropriate support during classes.
