I workout once a week for 1 hour and i believe anyone doing it consistently will experience level ups and motivation from imitating my movements at there own pace. 

 My routine is always in different orders with a chance of me replacing a exercise or streach in the future. 

 You won’t see other members spectating or get access to communicate with us.
